Restarting your life at any age can suck. Especially when you have spent seven years building it and especially when you are at the end of your twenties, and it feels like you are ‘old.’

This travel memoir is “about hope and that all is not lost even when it feels like it is. It’s about hitting those lows and finding the strength to get back up. It’s a story about heartbreak, friendships, and love, about adventure and getting lost, about learning to adapt to a new culture and finding my own truth along the way. Looking back, it is hard to read the painful moments that I will share with you, but it is amazing to think that I went through that, and I am still here, still breathing, still living, still laughing and happy once again. If nothing else, I can give you a few good laughs about terrible situations, funny situations, and terribly funny situations. So here we are. Shall we begin at the beginning of the end which led to a new beginning?”
